I think it's interesting how having conversations in my system, different people can reflect different aspects of our brain.
I was talking to Mason about something, and I found it interesting how she seemed to reflect our more pessimistic thoughts, while I seemed more optimistic, despite sharing the same brain and having similar life experiences.
We have different perspectives on things at different times, that should be the opposite of being one-dimensional

I was just saying how I found it was interesting that two headmates can have a productive conversation about something they're both familiar with, due to them having multiple outlooks on it
I think Ranger and I are both typically optimistic given the fact we were trained to be more optimistic during CBT. However, we both have our pessimistic moments
I think there's a balance to this sort of thing. You can have one headmate more pessimistic or optimistic than another, but if it's all the time that's concerning.
Exactly. Mason was feeling shitty at the time, but that doesn't mean it's not the other way around sometimes. I never meant to imply it was our sole defining personality traits.
Though whenever one of my headmates feels a certain way i can 'feel' that they're feeling it and it sorta affects me
...which is why james being miserable is so harmful sometimes
